Livia and Emmanuel have had longstanding careers in real estate investing and consulting. Their vision for BrightWave Capital, LLC was to create a company to help every kind of investor in solving their real estate challenges, and to ultimately bring the many benefits of successful real estate investing to all their clients.<\/p>\n

Livia is the co-founder of BrightWave Capital, LLC. Her first-class education includes a Master of Science in International Management from King\u2019s College London in the United Kingdom. Following her studies, Livia moved to France and started her booming career in real estate investing and consulting.<\/p>\n

Livia\u2019s experience in management positions in both the public and private sectors translates into her comfort managing complicated projects and solving complex problems. In addition to her analytical approach to real estate,her outgoing and caring personality brings comfort to people as they make life-changing investment decisions.<\/p>\n

His roles in project management and development translate perfectly into his consultative approach to real estate investment strategy. In 2010, he began to work extensively in real estate investing and consulting. Noah\u2019s love for real estate is palpable \u2013 even when it comes to his hobbies. He\u2019s a passionate Airbnb host and enjoys exploring and developing alternative living and working options, to include co-living and co-working spaces.
